About the Role:We are looking for a creative, strategic, and analytical Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s presence across all social platforms. This role will be responsible for content planning, audience engagement, analytics reporting, and staying ahead of trends to ensure our brand voice is consistently and effectively communicated. Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) Create and schedule engaging content (copy, images, videos, etc.) aligned with brand goals and voice Monitor performance and provide insights using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) Manage and grow online communities through active engagement, listening, and interaction Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, PR, Sales) to support campaigns and product launches Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices Manage paid social advertising campaigns and budgets Report on KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI
